It allows people to reflect on their wellbeing, set activities to help improve their wellbeing and track their progress.

Goblin Tools

Goblin Tools is specifically designed to help people who are neurodivergent in managing tasks that they might find difficult or overwhelming but is useful for anyone - especially students. Their free website is called goblin.tools and the app is £1.99.

The tools contained in the app are:

  • To Do Lists: has a very useful tool for any task put in to break it down into a step by step guide that can be checked off at each stage and depending on how overwhelmed by a task someone is feeling they can change the 'chilli meter' at the top for howe detailed they need it to be when breaking down tasks.
  • Formalizer: which is great for writing typing in what they are trying to write and can then adjust the tone that it is required to be in from easy going tone to a professional tone.
  • Judge: can allow someone to decipher the tone of an email or message to make sure it is coming across how they want it to instead of it being misread by them or the other person.
  • Professor: can give the user the ability to type in something they do not understand and the app will give them an explanation along with an example to help their understanding of it.
  • Estimator: will allow the user to input a task and this can then give them an estimation on how long the task is going to take to complete.
  • Complier: this is where someone can take all of the task that are in their head and write them down and the app will then turn it into tasks and add them to their to do list for them to be able have it somewhere where they can see it all, breakdown the tasks and check them off as they work through them.
  • Chef: this function gives the user the ability to type in the ingredients they have available including any dietary requirements, serving sizes, equipment, time, or anything else they want taken into account and it will give them instructions on what they can make and how.
