The Help Zone can offer you guidance on how to submit a claim for extenuating circumstances and academic appeals as well as support if you are going through any of the university’s procedures (Disciplinary, Fitness to Practice or Fitness to Study, Complaints). You can meet with us at any time to discuss your situation. We are here to provide confidential and non-judgmental advice. Please note that The Students’ Union cannot advocate on your behalf but can go with you to meetings with university staff to ensure the best outcome to your situation.
