Why       Why use smokefreeLothian support services?

  • We offer a completely FREE service which includes medications, e.g. nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) or Varenicline (Champix). We can usually request a prescription direct from your surgery without you having to make an appointment to see your GP
  • WE have specially trained advisors who can provide support and tailored advice to your individual needs
  • We also provide specialist services for cannabis smokers
  • You are FOUR TIMES more likely to quit if you get support from us and use a medication to help you stop

We offer a range of services including:

  • Day and evening support sessions throughout Lothian
  • Individual appointments

No Smoking Day- 8th March

Ross and Fiona, from NHS Smoke Free Lothian, will be at the 1875 Student Union during lunch on No Smoking Day, Wednesday 8th March from 11.30 am. If you are a smoker and would like to find out about stopping, we would love to have a chat and let you know how we could make you Four Times more likely to quit.
