There are 10 positions in total: 

• 2 Sabbatical Officers (President - Academic Life and President - Student Activities) which are full-time paid posts. These will require you to take a year out from your degree or start just after you’ve completed your studies.
• 8 Part-time Officers, which are volunteer posts carried out by elected students alongside their studies. These are: Black Minority Ethnic Officer, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, International Officer, Post-graduate Officer, Societies Officer, Sports Officer, Student Voice Officer and Wellbeing Officer.

We know that the election process can be daunting, but the SU provide support throughout the whole process.
