Our official kit supplier this year is Joma at FN Teamwear, the QMU Kit shop is HERE. Sports and leisurewear are available for all teams and societies.

The SU will support the purchase of kit as much as it can however funds are limited so looking for an external kit sponsor is encouraged. Teams should not expect the SU to purchase new kit each year. Teams must draft a kit order for approval by the President – Student Activities before ordering from the supplier.

Team Captains are responsible for storing, cleaning and maintaining kit. The SU will not collect, clean or replace damaged kit. It is the responsibility of the Team captain or Club President to ensure that all kits are stored safely and brought to every fixture or event and prevent lost or damage.

All teams must use Joma/FN Teamwear wear as their kit provider*

• All team members are required to exclusively wear Joma/FN Teamwear clothing whist representing QMUSU at any event, tournament or fixture,
• All orders for kit and leisurewear should be made via Joma/FN Teamwear with funding approval in place prior to ordering,
• The official Queen Margaret University crest should be displayed on all kit purchases
• Lead times for delivery can be up to 6 weeks.
• Lost kit will be replaced at the cost of the Sport or society budget – any fixtures missed due to kit problems will be charged to the relevant Sports Team.
• Personal orders (i.e., committee jackets) must be invoiced to a relevant name and address (outside of QMU) for payment.

Specifics

*The only exception to this is if Joma/FN Teamwear does not provide playing kit for your sport. All orders with other suppliers must still be cleared by the PSA.
