How often have you sat in front of one of the university computers trying to quickly get something done and once again it doesn't work..? Wouldn't it be great if we didn't just leave it for the next student to repeat that exact same thing but if we had a phone number so we could text the IT team to let them know and they could fix it! If every computer had a number it would take 2 seconds to text that, similar to the new quiet room system.
