Grand Ball 2026 is coming!

We'll be hosting our Grand Ball on Wednesday 8th of April 2026 at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange (formely O2 Academy). Watch out for the official launch which will be coming soon!
Now is the time to start to get your tables together by submitting a Table Booking Form. Whilst tables of 8 are preferred we do have a limited number of tables of 10 available but do bear in mind that this will determine where we can place your table in the room.
The price of the ticket is £80 per ticket which includes your Welcome Drinks reception, 3 course meal, a selection of wine, beer & soft drinks on your table, and the entertainment on the night.
In order to assist with the payment of your ticket we will again offer you opportunity to spread the payments over 4 monthly instalments (December/January/February/March) and we'll ensure that the payment dates are after SAAS days.
Coach transport both ways between the campus & the venue as well as from the venue to Cowgate should you wish to continue the celebrations will also be available with tickets for this going on sale nearer the time.
