🎉🎉🎉We would like to formally invite you to Nerd Ball 2024! 🎉🎉🎉

Nerd Ball is a formal event for people who want to celebrate all things nerdy and spend a lovely inclusive evening on excellent food, music, games, and awards, all at an affordable price. The event takes place at the Bonnie and Wild Food Court Private Venue on the 20th of March at 6pm until 23pm.

We offer a buffet ticket for 27 pounds* that gives you entrance to the event, a welcome drink and access to our exclusive buffet with food from the different food stalls from B&W. Vegetarian options will be provided.

If you are vegan, or do not want to take part in the buffet but would like to order your own food in the food court we offer a 10* pound ticket that gives you a welcome drink and entrance to the event.

Program:

18:00 arrival and welcome drink

19:00 Buffet begins

19:45 Award show (Please contact your society representative if you would like to nominate someone)

20:45 Games and music

Dresscode:

- Formal or cosplay

- Venue is placed at the back of the Bonnie and Wild Food Court located at the 4th floor. (Or ask a member of staff for the private venue)

- There is underground parking for cars at the center.
